In today's market, this is the most rewarding profession with the highest demand.
A profession that offers a wide range of roles in a big variety of companies and organizations.
Programmers are needed everywhere! Today, technology is the main tool for moving forward and making a change, especially in impact oriented products. To try and solve today’s biggest problems, like the climate crisis or finding a cure for cancer.
An elective in computer science gives you a big bonus towards academic studies: a 25 points bonus. There are certain programs in universities that require a computer science elective as an admissions requirement.
It’s interesting, creative, challenging, allows for teamwork and endless promotion and development options.
In Israel in 2023, women still only serve in less than 30% of the research and development roles in the hi-tech industry. To change this reality and allow women true economic and social equality, we should start at a young age, helping girls enter a technological course in the best way possible.
