The Level Up program by QueenB, is designed to advance girls in technology-focused tracks toward meaningful careers in tech from national or military service to higher education. Our goal is to increase the number of women in key roles across the high-tech industry and ensure they are part of the teams coding the world of tomorrow.

Conferences, special events, and hands-on exposure sessions focused on technology roles in the military and national service. Girls explore a wide range of roles, learn about possible pathways, and gain inspiration alongside practical tools for the road ahead.
A personalized mentorship program connecting girls with women who have served in tech roles and pursued academic degrees in tech. Through one-on-one meetings, girls can ask questions, listen, and learn from mentors who have already walked this path.
Visits to leading universities and colleges across Israel, conducted in both Hebrew and Arabic. Girls meet researchers and students from diverse technologicy disciplines, discover new opportunities, and gain a first-hand understanding of what academic studies in tech look like
