The Vision of the Level Up Program

The Level Up program by QueenB,  is designed to advance girls in technology-focused tracks toward meaningful careers in tech from national or military service to higher education. Our goal is to increase the number of women in key roles across the high-tech industry and ensure they are part of the teams coding the world of tomorrow.

Signature Projects in the Level Up Program

Exposure and Preparation for Tech Service

Conferences, special events, and hands-on exposure sessions focused on technology roles in the military and national service. Girls explore a wide range of roles, learn about possible pathways, and gain inspiration alongside practical tools for the road ahead.

Mentorship Program

A personalized mentorship program connecting girls with women who have served in tech roles and pursued academic degrees in tech. Through one-on-one meetings, girls can ask questions, listen, and learn from mentors who have already walked this path.

Academic Exploration Days

Visits to leading universities and colleges across Israel, conducted in both Hebrew and Arabic. Girls meet researchers and students from diverse technologicy disciplines, discover new opportunities, and gain a first-hand understanding of what academic studies in tech look like

Encouraging High-Tech Matriculation

Exposure sessions for girls and parents, interactive workshops, and webinars supporting informed decision-making ahead of choosing high school study tracks, with a focus on computer science

Tech Service in Military and National Service

Exposure and preparation for technology roles in military and national service

Mentoring

One-on-onementoring connecting girls wih women in tech roles, providing guidance and inspiration for their career journey.

Academic Exploration Day

What Does It Mean to Serve in Tech Roles?

Dozens of girls from across the country attended a conference introducing them to over 20  techn roles in the military and national service.

Held at Microsoft’s offices, the event gave the girls a unique opportunity to meet women who have served—or are currently serving—in a variety of roles across different units, hear about their personal journeys, and ask anyquestions they had

How Can You Join Cyber Service?

 

The cyber field is rapidly growing, and women and girls should be an integral part of it.

Today, only 17% of cyber roles are filled by women.

A unique exposure event att Check Point introduced girls to cyber service.

Participants  heard directly from women in the field about their career journeys and the roles they’ve served in, and took part in a CTF challenge offering a hands-on glimpse into the world of cyber.
